I was so impressed with Right The Frist Time. We live in a townhome complex and the owner was converting the cooling from swamp coolers to A/C on three units. I knew it would be an extensive process and would take time. I expected to be overwhelmed and stressed while the work was being completed, but the crew did an amazing job! They were respectful of my home and my two cats, and they cleaned up after themselves so well that I wouldn't have even known they were here! Phil Lancaster has high expectations of the men who work for him and both Teague and Collin exceed those expectations. I had a fully operational A/C in under 48 hours and there was no clean up that I had to do! Teague took the time to show me how to use the new thermostat and how to change the filter and then showed my fiance so I wouldn't have to. Right the First Time is THE BEST! Another company put in duct work that was horribly leaky and I made them take it away. (Robert Bulechek, energy consultant, did the evaluation and found the leaks). He recommended RTFT and they definitely did it RIGHT - unfortunately, for me, the 2nd time! You should get this company before anyone else. They live up to their name, they come on time, they do excellent work, they are super efficient and effective and nice! Hats in the air for RTFT!!!
